If your product has no value, or if you prefer, you have the option to donate your trade-in product through the National Cristina Foundation or recycle your product for FREE.

Ship us the product
We will email you a pre-paid shipping label/placard and shipping instructions, within one business day of completion of online transaction. Simply package your trade-in product per instructions provided in the links below, attach the label/placard, and ship it to us. Most items are shipped using FedEx.

Product received
Once we receive your product, we inspect the condition to make sure it matches the condition you selected. Please ensure that trade-in product is packed securely with Styrofoam, bubble tape and is in a sturdy cardboard box.

Send in your proof of purchase
Fax your Confirmation Email and your proof of purchase receipt for your new eligible Ricoh product to 770-925-9064 or mail to:

Purchase must be made 30 days prior to or 30 days post claim submission.

Receive your check
Your redemption check will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and inspection of your trade-in product and receipt of your proof of purchase, whichever is later.

RECYCLING
You can choose to recycle your equipment - Ricoh supports its commitment to the environment by providing FREE recycling/de-manufacturing of any returned equipment, when an eligible Ricoh printer is purchased. Within one (1) business day of receipt and validation of your proof of purchase, shipping instructions and a shipping label/placard will be emailed to you for shipment of the recycle product.

Donation
You can choose to donate your equipment and give it a second life as a tool for developing human potential. Ricoh will work with the National Cristina Foundation to find productive homes for pre-owned products. www.cristina.org
